It's a Juggling Act

A Partenavia aircraft, one of many FWS survey planes that are part of the 2013 A variety of weather, mechanical, and logistical issues have made this year’s Waterfowl Breeding Population and Habitat Survey effort a real juggling act for the air crews and aircraft they use to complete the survey. Pilot biologist Jim Bredy gives a brief look behind the curtain at some of this year’s challenges.
